Service & Operations Manager

  • Sign on Bonus: $5,000.00 (½ after 6 months & ½ after 12 months)
  • Annual Salary: Open depending on experience
  • Reporting to: Senior Director of Fleet Operations
  • Work Week:
    • 45-50 hours expected Monday through Friday.
    • Saturday work hours can be expected during the winter season
    • Occasionally during the summer months.
  • Hours of Work:
    • 7:00 to 4:30 M-F (Flexible)
    • **Start times may vary based on operational demands**
    • Additional hours can be expected for snow removal, emergencies, and accidents that may extend the work day.
  • Health Care:
    • Family Medical $379.43 bi-weekly,
    • Family Dental $14.90 bi-weekly
    • Family Vision $2.12 bi-weekly
    • Available Opt-Out Payment of $3000.00 yr.
  • Life Insurance Policy: $75,000.00
  • 401K Options: 4% L.P. Match (self-directed-Voya)
  • Retirement Plan: 5% of salary invested by L.P.
  • Vacation:
    • 1 wk. after 1 year
    • 2 wks. after 2 years
    • 3 wks. after 5 years (negotiable)
  • Personal/Sick:
    • 5 Sick/Personal Days per year. Not paid out if unused.
  • Company Vehicle: Provided at no cost to you for company use only.
    (L.P. vehicles cannot tow personal trailers due to liability)
  • Fuel Card: American Express card will be issued to you for fuel and other company-related expenses. Receipts are required.
  • Cell Phone: Provided at no cost. Expected to be accessible 24/7 for emergencies.
